Product & UX Leader
Lauren Gundrum is a seasoned product & UX professional with over 12 years of experience delivering and marketing innovative technology solutions for startups.
Lauren leads product development teams and is an expert in strategy, roadmap development, business requirements, user experience design, project management, stakeholder relationships, and go-to-market strategy. She has experience in branding, marketing campaign management, quantitative and qualitative user research, and go-to-market for 0-1 products.
Lauren is a unique combination of creator and executor, and she thrives in new product development. She loves getting to know an audience, telling stories that resonate, and creating products that bring joy.
What excites Lauren as both a product leader and artist is how technology can drive and democratize the content economy. Technology can help novelists self-publish, freelance creators sell directly to consumers, or writers take their work to streaming services. It can also help people find therapists, fitness instructors, and service providers. Lauren loves supporting freelancers and creators in monetizing their crafts so that consumers can find art, products, and services that make them happy.
If you share the values of joy and creativity, view building a business as a creative endeavor, or work on a product that supports creators, she would love to connect.
