Product, Design & Marketing Leadership
Lauren Gundrum has spent over a decade leading complex, collaborative projects in tech, working with startups, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.
She has led cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of new ideas - from early concept through launch - bringing together designers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape and deliver thoughtful, user-centered products. Her work has included product strategy, user research, user experience design, and go-to-market planning.
Lauren’s approach is always user-focused. She enjoys getting to know customers, understanding what resonates, and helping teams create work that feels meaningful and engaging. Whether in technology or the arts, she is drawn to projects that support creativity, storytelling, and connection.
She is especially interested in how tools and platforms can support artists, writers, and independent creators - helping them share their work, reach audiences, and build sustainable creative lives.
