Lauren Gundrum is a creative producer who works at the intersection of writing and execution - supporting artists, shaping creative work, and guiding projects from early concept through performance.

She is particularly drawn to in-the-room, collaborative environments where work evolves in real time, and focuses on helping projects move forward while maintaining a strong, cohesive vision.

Lauren’s production experience spans theater, music, and audio. As a musician and collaborator, she has worked in studio environments and loves supporting recording sessions and creative work as it develops in real time.

Her background in product and UX leadership further informs her approach, bringing a structured and human-centered perspective to complex, fast-moving creative processes.

Lauren has produced work across a range of scales, from intimate developmental settings to Off-Broadway productions.

She works closely with writers, performers, directors, designers, and musicians - often in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments - supporting both the creative process and the logistics required to bring new work to life.
